Santa Ana USD - Basketball Court Surfacing - Fraction Ball

Notice is hereby given that the governing board (“Board”) of the Santa Ana Unified School District (“District” or “Owner”) will receive sealed bids for the following project, (“Project” or “Contract”):

Project:

• Basketball Court Surfacing- Fraction Ball (Davis Elementary School, Diamond

• Elementary School, Edison Elementary School, Madison Elementary School, Heninger

• Elementary School, Kennedy Elementary School, Santiago K-8 Elementary School,

• Roosevelt-Walker Academy, and Jefferson Elementary School)

Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, October 8, 2024, at the Spurgeon Administration Center (Santa

Ana Unified School District Office) District Board Room, located at 1601 E. Chestnut Avenue, Santa Ana,

CA 92701, at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any claim by a bidder of

error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Any bid

that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the bidder.
